 上海交通大学媒体与传播学院助理教授、中美富布莱特学者(2019)、上海市浦江人才(2022)。曾系统接受新闻学与社会学双重学科训练:博士期间在香港中文大学和美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)接受联合培养、于法国巴黎索邦大学(Sorbonne Université)获得硕士学位、于四川大学获得学士学位。

研究方向聚焦于数字底层、人机交互、青少年儿童与智能媒体。研究成果发表在《新闻与传播研究》、《新闻与写作》、Discourse Studies, Journal of Pragmatics, Proceedings of the SIGCHI on Human Factors in Computing Systems, Research on Children and Social Interaction等中英文刊物上。从研究方法层面来讲,主要使用前沿方法录像分析(Video analysis)和录像民族志(video-based ethnography)进行田野调研;从研究内容来说,关注新技术与新媒体的发展对人产生的影响,尤其关注智能技术对数字弱势群体产生的影响,强调开展“以人为本”的技术研究。

过去五年主要专注研究远程媒介化抚育中的视频通话(Video-mediated communication),博士论文课题探索中国留守儿童与打工父母的视频通话。曾主持或参与富布莱特基金会、香港研究资助局、腾讯研究院、中国田野基金等科研项目。有关中国留守儿童与打工父母视频通话的研究项目获得香港中文大学中国文化研究所ICS中国研究成果奖。在全球人机交互顶级会议刊物上(CHI)发表的论文全文荣获了2020年度最佳论文大奖(Best Paper Award)。
